Sales Executive - Home based.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated B2B Sales Executive looking to progress within a company “shares available after one years employment” who thrives within a targeted fast paced environment. Ideal background would be media however not necessary.
To enhance our growth we are focusing on our commercial beehive rentals and Staff engagement other opportunities, around our environmental services and our recently awarded intellectual property will become available later in the year.
Responsibilities for Sales Executives will include:
- You will have, lots of autonomy to manage your own affairs.
- The role is varied, interesting and provides unlimited earnings potential.
- Meeting monthly sales targets
- Managing existing client base
- Developing new business from chosen sectors primarily via telephone but also via email and face to face.
- B2B cold calling prospective clients
- Developing new business from chosen sectors primarily via telephone but also via email and face to face.
- Working to enhance the brand.
- attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Sales reporting and reviewing performance
- contributing to the social media posts (one/two posts a week)
- developing sales campaigns (this could be in the form of marketing)
- Meeting personal targets: selling managed branded hives
- Manage and maintain sales pipeline, utilising relevant CRM Systems
- Completing all administration associated with the sales process ensuring that all paperwork is in the office within 48 hours of the sale.
In return for this we are looking for someone who is:
- Outgoing and presentable with the ability to instantly build rapport.
- Experienced in B2B sales (two years minimum)
- Able to intellectualise and research what our package are (ESG/CSR etc) and sell that to prospective clients.
- Target driven with a sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the success of the company.
- Happy to attend, networking events etc.
- IT equipment is provided by us to allow you to work from home
