We were seriously concerned they might be organising a honey-delivery protest since the weather had them cooped up.
Bees aren't exactly fans of the rain. We were worried they might be surviving on emergency honey packets and reminiscing about the good old flower days.
However; all the hives we played detective on yesterday were like five-star bee resorts, fully stocked with nectar and pollen.
So it turns out, while we were here worrying about their food stash, the bees were probably having the ‘time of their ‘hives’!
