Honey Granola

Fun Friday!

 Honey Vanilla Granola 🍯🐝
 
Ingredients: 
3 Cups Oats
2 Cups Almonds, Sliced
1 tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Salt
½ Cup Unsalted Butter
⅓ Cup Brown Sugar
¼ Cup Honey
1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
 
Instructions: 
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F and line a baking
sheet with parchment paper
2. In a medium bowl, combine oats, almonds, cinnamon,
and salt
3. In a small saucepan combine butter, brown sugar,
honey and vanilla bean
4. Bring the butter mixture to a simmer and heat just
until sugar is dissolved (do not boil)
5. Pour butter mixture into oats and stir until fully
combined
6. Spread the granola mixture onto a sheet pan
7. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown
8. Remove from the oven and allow the granola to cool
 
Finally, sit back, relax & enjoy!
